Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered.
If something isn’t right, we accept returns on physical products (excluding custom orders) within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and returned in its original condition.
Our goal is to keep returns simple and hassle-free.
What can be returned
Standard poster orders in the original condition are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, just contact us at Market@3KeyMusicCLTV.com with your order number and we’ll help you from there.
Items not eligible for return
Because of the nature of certain products, we’re unable to accept returns on:

Items created specifically for your order
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with what you received, please reach out and we’ll make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
